Laser level CIGMAN CM-G01 is a very compact and functional tool designed for construction, repair and installation work.
It projects two planes: vertical and horizontal with a 120° sweep of the laser beam. Powered by 2 finger batteries, and has a 4-step brightness adjustment of the green laser line.
In addition, such a compact device is equipped with a mode of operation at an incline and a mode of operation with a receiver up to 50 meters.

Housing and control
The housing of the CIGMAN CM-G01 laser level is made of hard industrial plastic. Good mating of the housing parts gives the impression of a tough nut.
The yellow insert on the perimeter of the glass is rubber. Through the glass you can see that there is one laser module for both planes, which means that you can’t switch planes separately.
The base of the laser level has a 1/4″ thread for mounting the device on a tripod or the magnetic mount provided.
On the side of the housing there is a two-position toggle switch for locking/unlocking (switching on) the compensator.
There is one multifunction membrane key on the top, which is responsible for the following functions:
- A long press with the compensator locked activates the TILT function. In addition, the red indicator above the button lights up.
- A short press switches the brightness of the laser line (4 options).
- A long press, with the compensator unlocked, will activate the receiver mode and the LED above the button will flash green.
Compensator CIGMAN CM-G01
It takes about 3 seconds to set the compensator in working position, which is not bad in principle.
Its operating range is 3°±1°, which is a fairly common corridor of body tilt. If the tilt exceeds these values, the level will inform you by visual signaling, namely by rapidly flashing laser lines.
Laser line thickness at different distances
The line of the CIGMAN CM-G01 laser level is quite clear and thin. At 1 meter from the wall its thickness is only 1 mm.
At 6 meters it is about 2 mm.
Adjustment of the CIGMAN CM-G01 laser level
As a rule, adjustment of such levels is the simplest, unlike levels where many planes are projected.
Almost always the adjustment is reduced to the adjustment of the pendulum position. It is done by longitudinal and transverse alignment bolts in the body of the pendulum.
Screwing these bolts in or out will change the final position of the pendulum after it stops.
There are 4 more small bolts on the front end of the module. They are responsible for adjusting the so-called “smiles” of the planes. In other words, for adjusting the straightness of the line, so that it does not go in an arc.
